In 2022 THE JOB & CAREER FESTIVAL presented by STICKS & STONES took place in Berlin. As part of the Skill Improvement Sessions, I was able to present the topic: “Do you earn what you really deserve? – Self-esteem and salary.” On this special day, I was able to share my many years of management experience on the topic and use case studies to delve deeper into important questions and aspects. For just under an hour, I had the opportunity to share my experiences with over 30 representatives.

She tought this, for example at a workshop for female executives at the 2018 Ada Lovelace Festival in Berlin with sound guidance and step-by-step procedures.
